Last Sunday was warm and sunny enough to continue our trail walk.
We are playing a kind of game called 30/30.
St. Louis County Parks invited us to visit their thirty parks -
and walk specific trails.
So,
We traveled 15 miles to the town of Eureka -
to walk the 7 mile long Chubb Trail
It was a "watch your feet'" - steady as you go"- kind of walk.
I don't think we'll choose to do it again.
There's a complex of three connected county parks.
So, we'll be in the area again.
My favorite part?
Walking with my long-legged pupster
and
being reminded of the mountains.
